These will include some tips and activities such us finding ways to get active at home and wellbeing tips.
Exercise is vital for our physical and mental health. This statement is more important than ever during these unprecedented days.
There are many options and resources online that will help us to stay active at home. I will be producing some of them myself. I will be posting videos with games and physical activity challenges, best resources I come across with as well as some mindful/wellbeing activities.
We need to stay motivated and face this challenge with optimism and see it as a chance to progress. Let’s be mindful and grateful for what we have. How about trying out meditation, yoga or learn about something you always wanted?
