PE and Wellbeing
To look after yourself, you need to focus on your emotional wellbeing as well as your physical wellbeing. This page will give you tips to keep yourself healthy and happy. Try to do one of these activities every day and get outside, if only for a short time, to get some fresh air as long as it is safe to do so!
Stay Physically Active
To stay happy and healthy it is important to stay active. This helps our bodies deal with our worrries and releases endorphins to help keep you happy. I suggest that you try to stay active and There are loads of activities you can do at home to stay active, for example:

It is ok to be feeling a lot of different emotions. Remember to talk about how you are feeling with a trusted adult when you need to.

Mindfulness is simply… noticing what is happening right now. Mindfulness is taking notice of how your body feels and what you see, smell and taste. When you notice what is happening around you, it can help you to calm down when you’re sad, angry or frustrated. Mindfulness helps you deal with tough emotions, and mindfulness can make you happy and feel good.
