Our Trip to Theatre Peckham!

This week we were lucky enough to visit Theatre Peckham where we saw their excelllent new production The Wonderful! Based on the Wizard of Oz, this musical extravaganza follows Efe and her dog TikTok on a voyage of friendship and self discovery. The story starts in a dreary (but much loved) Peckham where Efe just can not seem to get anything right. Discouraged and misunderstood by her family, she finds herself in a the far away African land of Ozanda where she encounters a fashion obsessed mannequin, an unfeeling Siri and a slang talking lion who refers to himself as the Mane Man! Together, this unlikely crew work together to get Efe home to her beloved Peckham.
